It is manufactured from fresh, pasteurized goat’s milk of Central Macedonia. It has the general characteristics and uses of soft cheese PROVOGAL GOAT’S CHEESE PROVOGAL is rewarded cheese. It has been awarded from the European Network of Regional Development in the cheese competition of the Festival of Greek Milk and Cheese 2007 gaining the taste prize.
