The company GEORGE DABIZAS Ltd. PROVOGAL was established in 1971. It combines experience and tradition of George Dabizas family since 1959 with modern technological methods. With respect for the customers’ needs and by applying the legislation, especially the Codex of Food and Drinks we produce cheese products.
Having location in Thessaloniki and in cooperation with selected cattle-breeders of Central Macedonia (North Greece) our company collects sheep’s and goat’s milk of high quality. We apply all HACCP procedures according to the requirements of ELOT 1416:2000 and physicochemical in step with microbiological analysis daily from the raw materials up to the final products.
